Yes. Every Due North Storage unit includes electricity, which means you can plug in a trickle charger to keep batteries topped off all winter, run a small dehumidifier if you want extra moisture control, or use a work light when you’re in the unit. Most outdoor and mini-storage facilities in the Sauk Centre area do not include this.
Can I store a boat or pontoon here for the season?
Yes, and indoor is exactly where it should be. A 14×30 fits most pontoons with a tow vehicle disconnected, and the 14×40 holds the full pontoon plus the tow vehicle. Indoor storage keeps UV off the gel coat, moisture out of the seat foam, and the battery on a maintainer all winter.
Can I access my unit any time?
